The Manager of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” informs, that on March 18th, 2025, were completed works of the Commission for the tender, which was scheduled for March 18th, 2025 and aimed at selecting an entrepreneur, who will acquire an undeveloped property with an area of 0,7383 ha, consisting of plot No. 12/30 (arable land RIIIb), located in the Dolnośląskie Voivodship, Oleśnicki Poviat, Syców Commune, precinct 0001, Syców, sheet map 33, in the Syców Subzone of Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK”, owned by the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK” Ltd, for which the District Court in Oleśnicy Vth Department of Land and Mortgage Registers keeps a land and mortgage register No. WR1E/00093015/0, hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”.
Due to the fact that the conditions specified in the invitation to tender were not fulfilled, no offeror was qualified for the tender by the Commission, the classified part of the tender was not held and by Resolution No. 8865/25 of the Management Board of the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” sp. z o. o. with its seat in Walbrzych, dated March 25, 2025, the tender was considered as terminated with a negative result.
