The Manager of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” informs, that on February 19th, 2025, were completed works of the commission for the auction, which was scheduled for February 19th, 2025 and aimed at selecting an entrepreneur, who will acquire an undeveloped property with a total area of 0,5138 ha, consisting of plot of land no. 5/6 with an area of 0,5138 ha (arable land – RIIIb, RIVb), located in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Września poviat, Września commune, registration unit Września – rural area, precinct 303005_5.0306 Chocicza Mała, in the town of Chocicza Mała, owned by the WSSE “INVEST-PARK” Ltd. for which the District Court in Września, 4th Land and Mortgage Registry keeps a land and mortgage register no. PO1F/00044182/3, hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”.
Two applications were submitted for the auction. Two offerors were qualified for the bidding.
During the bidding the highest price was offered by company Firma Gibowski sp. z o.o. with seat in Przyborki, address 12 B C, Wiejska Street, 62-300 Września.
On March 17th, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK” Ltd, after considering the request of the Management Board of the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK” Ltd, on the acceptance of the auction result, by Resolution 2404/X/25 dated on March 17th, 2025, agreed to sell the real property to company Firma Gibowski sp. z o.o. with seat in Przyborki, address 12 B C, Wiejska Street, 62-300 Września.
