Next year, the rules concerning the conclusion of fixed-time employment contracts will change, as will parental rights. The 11th<\/sup> edition of workshops held as part of the \u201cINVEST-PARK\u201d HR CLUB was devoted to these issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beginning in 2016, new regulations specifying the conclusion of different types of employment contracts as well as granting parental and child care leaves will come into force. During the last meeting of the WSEZ \u201cINVEST-PARK\u201d HR Managers\u2019 Club, these changes were explained by Piotr Wojciechowski, a lawyer, an independent expert in labor law and a former labor inspector.<\/p>\n

It has already been the 11th<\/sup> meeting of the Club, which groups managers and specialists from companies functioning in the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone. The meetings are held at least once a quarter and take on the form of workshops and discussions. The subject of each meeting depends on the current local and global trends in HR.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been meeting for two years already. I am very pleased to see that each next meeting attracts a larger number of participants. Thank you for your involvement,\u201d said Barbara Ka\u015bnikowska, President of the WSEZ \u201cINVEST-PARK\u201d.<\/p>\n
