The Manager of the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone \u201cINVEST-PARK\u201d informs, that on November 15th, 2024, were completed works of the commission for the auction, which was scheduled for November 15th, 2024 and aimed at selecting an entrepreneur, who will acquire an undeveloped property with a total area of 34,8600 ha, consisting of a plot of land no. 438 with an area of 34,8600 ha (arable land \u2013 RIIIa, RIIIb, RIVa, RIVb, Lz), located in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Jawor County, M\u0119cinka commune, district precinct No. 0013-S\u0142up, map sheet 2, in the DSAG S-3 Jawor Subzone of the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone \u201cInvest-Park\u201d sp. z o.o., owned by the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone \u201cINVEST-PARK\u201d Ltd. for which the District Court in Jawor, IVth Land Registry Department keeps a land and mortgage register No. LE1J\/00032179\/2, hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”.<\/p>\n
Two applications were submitted for the auction. Two offerors were qualified for the bidding.<\/p>\n
During the bidding the highest price was offered by company Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. z o.o. with seat in Jawor, address 5, Gottlieb Daimler Street, 59-400 Jawor.<\/p>\n
On November 29th, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK” Ltd, after considering the request of the Management Board of the WSEZ “INVEST-PARK” Ltd, on the acceptance of the tender result, by Resolution 2391\/X\/24 dated on November 29th, 2024, agreed to sell the real property to company Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. z o.o. with seat in Jawor, address 5, Gottlieb Daimler Street, 59-400 Jawor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
