The Manager of the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone \u201cINVEST-PARK\u201d informs, that on February 20th<\/sup> , 2024, were completed works of the commission for an auction, which was scheduled for February 20th<\/sup>, \u00a02024 and aimed at selecting an entrepreneur, who will acquire an includes an undeveloped property with a total area of 1.7146 ha<\/strong>, located in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Wrze\u015bnia Poviat, Wrze\u015bnia Commune, registration unit 303005_5 Wrze\u015bnia, registration district 0306 Chocicza Ma\u0142a, in the town of Chocicza Ma\u0142a, in the Wrze\u015bnia Subzone of the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone INVEST-PARK, owned by the WSEZ “INVEST -PARK” sp. z o. o., consisting of plots of land:<\/p>\n

– no. 48\/13<\/strong> (arable land – RIIIb, RIVa) with an area of 0.1064 ha for which the District Court in Wrze\u015bnia, 4th Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains a land and mortgage register no. PO1F\/00044183\/0,<\/p>\n

– no. 48\/16<\/strong> (arable land – RIIIa, RIIIb, RIVa) with an area of 0.4045 ha for which the District Court in Wrze\u015bnia, 4th Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains the land and mortgage register no. PO1F\/00044183\/0,<\/p>\n

– no. 49\/9<\/strong> (arable land – RIIIa) with an area of 1.2037 ha for which the District Court in Wrze\u015bnia, 4th Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps land and mortgage register no. PO1F\/00044186\/1,<\/p>\n

hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One applications was submitted to the auction.<\/strong>Due to formal deficiencies in the auction application, no bidder was qualified for the auction\u00a0The Auction Committee appointed by Resolution No. 8179\/24 of the Board of the Wa\u0142brzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST – PARK” sp. z o. o. of 30 January 2024, due to formal deficiencies in the auction application, the Committee did not qualify any bidder to participate in the auction, therefore the auction is considered to have ended with a negative result and was closed upon signing the protocol of the Committee work.\u00a0\u00a0On February 22, 2024, the Management Board of the WSSE “INVEST-PARK” sp. z o. o., after considering the application of the Auction Committee for approval of the auction, by Resolution<\/p>\n
