THE WALBRZYCH SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE \u201eINVEST-PARK\u201d Ltd with its seat in Wa\u0142brzych, 58 \u2013 306 Wa\u0142brzych,\u00a0 Uczniowska 16 Street, as a Manager of the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone \u201eINVEST-PARK\u201d announces an \u00a0<\/strong>an invitation to an auction <\/strong>aimed at selecting an entrepreneur who will acquire an undeveloped property with a total area of 28.5371<\/strong> ha<\/strong>, consisting of plot of land no. 36\/5<\/strong> with an area of 28.5371 ha (arable land – RIIIb, RIVa, RIVb, RV), located in the Wielkopolskie\u00a0 Voivodeship, Wrze\u015bnia poviat, Wrze\u015bnia commune, registration unit Wrze\u015bnia \u2013 rural area, precinct 303005_5.0328 Ob\u0142aczkowo, in the town of Ob\u0142aczkowo,\u00a0 owned by the WSSE “INVEST-PARK” Ltd. for which the District Court in Wrze\u015bnia, 4th Land Registry Department keeps a land and mortgage register no. PO1F\/00044189\/2, hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The auction is limited only to entrepreneurs intending to conduct production or service activity on the real property, allowed by provisions of local spatial development plan.<\/p>\n
